P. E. Harrill Scholarship

P. E. Harrill Scholarship was established in memory of Mr. P. E. Harrill because of his commitment to OSU and the Board of Regents.  Mr. Harrill was born in 1889 and a native of North Carolina, coming to Oklahoma in 1923.  He served on the Oklahoma A & M Board of Regents from 1945 – 1962.

This $1,000 scholarship is awarded to a full-time junior student majoring in plant and soil sciences and may be renewed for a second year. This scholarship is based on academic and leadership skills.
