	PaSS Scholarship Descriptions Oklahoma Agribusiness Retailers Association Scholarship Oklahoma Agribusiness Retailers Association Scholarship this $1,000 scholarship is awarded to a qualified, full-time plant and soil sciences student interested in soils or plant protection. Preference is given to members of the OSU Agronomy Club or Soil and Water Conservation Club.
