	PaSS Scholarship Descriptions John D. Fellers and Karen Howell Endowed Scholarship John D. Fellers and Karen Howell Endowed Scholarship in Plant and Soil Sciences this $1,000 scholarship is awarded to a full-time sophomore, junior or senior enrolled in plant and soil sciences. The student must exemplify a strong ambition and true initiative in the pursuit of a degree and have a high grade point average. This scholarship is renewable.
